1. Promoter

The promoter is Talking Point Cards (TPC) . This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta (Facebook or Instagram), Gleam.io, TikTok, or any other platform used for promotion.

2. Eligibility

• Open to residents of the United States, Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or older.

• Employees of Talking Point Cards and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the entry form hosted on Gleam.io via the Talking Point Cards website. Eligible actions (each providing entries) include:

• Submitting a valid email address (1 entry)

• Following Talking Point Cards on social media (1 entry per platform)

• Referring friends using a unique referral link (+5 entries per confirmed signup)

Each entry must comply with the rules of the Gleam.io platform.

3. Prizes

Two separate prize tracks (Family and Couples) will run concurrently. Prizes include:

• Grand, Second, and Third Prize bundles as described on the Talking Point Cards giveaway page.

• Weekly Micro-Win Prizes: 3 winners per week.

• One Top Referrer Prize across both tracks.

The total prize pool value is approximately $2,400 USD (based on regular retail prices). Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

3. Entry Period

Entries open on October 14, 2025, and close at 11:59 PM (AEDT) on November 9, 2025. Entries received after this date will not be considered.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using Gleam.io’s automated system. The draw will take place on November 10, 2025. Winners will be notified by email within 5 business days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner may be drawn.

7. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that their first name, last initial, and country may be published in Talking Point Cards’ social media, website, and marketing materials announcing the winners.

8. General Conditions

• Talking Point Cards reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other causes affect its integrity.

• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or generated by bots, scripts, or automated systems will be disqualified.

• Talking Point Cards is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or technical errors affecting participation.

• All federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

9. Privacy

Entry information will be collected in accordance with the Talking Point Cards Privacy Policy, available at https://talkingpointcards.com/policies/privacy-policy. Your data will be used only for administering the giveaway and future Talking Point Cards marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time.
