Always feel too busy?
Endless screen battles?
The kids were begging to play
Confidence for good parenting
This isn't a team-building game. It's a research-informed framework, developed with psychologists, leadership coaches and communication specialists, to get a working team past status updates and into the conversations that actually change how it operates.
Start Simply
The questions are specific and work-relevant, so nobody has to perform enthusiasm or share something personal to participate. Low stakes is what gets the quiet half of the team to speak at all.
Get to the Issues
The categories target things like unclear roles, undiscussed workload, the manager nobody tells the truth to. Because it's a card rather than a confrontation, those things come up as information instead of as a complaint.
Make the Changes
What's said in these conversations doesn't stay in the meeting. Managers' report finding out about a bottleneck, a misallocated role or an overloaded person weeks before it would otherwise have surfaced.
Every prompt is developed, reviewed, and refined with the help of 65+ qualified experts, including:
Organisational and workplace psychologists
Leadership and executive coaches
Communication and team-performance specialists
Each question goes through multiple rounds of expert review - word by word - to ensure it’s:
Safe to ask across a power gap, in both directions
Specific enough to produce a real answer
Free of anything that creates an HR problem
This level of care is why one million people trust our cards - and keep coming back to them.
It's been an honor to help make Talking Point Card packs. They're simple, intuitive to use, and encourage people to open up in ways they may have previously avoided.

No, and that's the design brief.
There's no exercise, no facilitator script and nothing anyone has to perform. You ask one question at the start of a meeting and the meeting carries on. The most common feedback we get is that people didn't realise it was a team-building activity until afterwards.
For a deck of cards, maybe. But it's not just that.
For a management tool, it's less than an hour of a facilitator's time, and you'll use it every week for years. Set it against what your organisation already spends on offsites, engagement surveys or workshops - this is the cheapest line item in that budget and the only one that runs weekly.
Hopefully not.
Every question is reviewed specifically so it can be asked across a power gap without putting anyone on the spot. Nothing requires personal disclosure, and nothing invites a complaint. If something real does surface - an overloaded person, an unclear role - that's the product working.
Yes.
A lot of managers find one-on-ones are where they work best. Categories like role clarity, burnout and delegation are built for a two-person conversation.
Yes!
One question read out at the start of a video call works the same as it does in a room - arguably better, since remote teams get far fewer unplanned conversations.
You can find lists, but this is what you can't find.
You can find lists. What you can't find is 200 questions built by psychologists and leadership coaches, sorted into eight areas of team performance, sitting on your desk at the moment the meeting starts. The problem was never that questions don't exist.
Then you pay nothing.
Every order comes with a 30-day money back guarantee. If you genuinely give it a try and don't feel closer, contact us and we'll refund every penny. No hoops, no awkward questions, no hassle.
We're confident enough in what these cards do to make that promise without hesitation. But we'd rather you try them knowing the risk is entirely ours.

What real people are saying
This conversation starter card deck has 8 categories of topics – Communication and Collaboration, Culture, Leadership Support and Resources, Mental Health, Stress, and Burnout, Role Clarity, Managing and Delegating, Looking to the Future, and Self-identity and Meaning. Each card has a thought-provoking question that can lead to a discussion among team members and help to foster a solid team and teamwork. The cards are printed on sturdy cardstock. So, with reasonable care, I anticipate they will last a long time.
This is a review of the Talking Points for Teams card game. It’s pricey, but I’m glad I picked this up. I know things like this often seem cheesy, but I love that it will get ppl talking, and about more than their lastest show, home reno, or dog. You can use at meetings, or if you have a group that has a shared chat, do a weekly post, say on Fridays, just to get ppl chatting. My fav sections are self identity and meaning, and culture. I think Looking to the future is a good one as well, as so many ppl can become stuck in the past or present, and forget to plan for the future.I say it’s worth it. You’ll never run out of questions.
The cards are not plastic, but the quality is very high. The box is very sturdy.I was under the impression that these would be icebreaker-type cards, but no, these are question cards for a very serious conversation for the team whose members know each other. Or for interviews for management positions. The questions are very business-oriented and straight to the point. The level of seriousness is very high, so I do not know why they have chosen the gamification format for this.Pros:- sturdy design- good quality cards- questions are greatCons:- no consAll in all, I highly recommend this for junior managers to educate themselves on what questions may be asked in interviews and what could go wrong in their day-to-day activities. Also, medium- and high-level managers can make some meetings look spontaneous to discuss topics they want.
Fun way to build team communication
