Terms  & Conditions

As an affiliate, you'll have the opportunity to earn commissions while promoting products that align with family values. Please take a moment to review the terms and conditions below to ensure that our partnership runs smoothly and in keeping with the Talking Point Cards brand.

• Affiliates will receive payments fortnightly, based on valid sales generated through their unique referral link.

• Affiliates must use their provided referral link to ensure proper tracking of sales and commission.

• All affiliate content, including posts, reviews, and promotions, must align with the Talking Point Cards brand values and remain family-friendly.

• Affiliates are prohibited from promoting content that is offensive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with our brand image.

• We reserve the right to review and terminate the affiliate program, or an individual affiliate’s participation, at any time without prior notice.

• Commission is only applicable to purchases made directly through the affiliate’s link; purchases made without the link will not qualify.

• Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising guidelines and regulations.

• Any attempt to manipulate or fraudulently increase earnings will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
