For when you don't know what to say.

That worry is why most people say nothing, and saying nothing is what actually does the damage.

Every question in this deck was written and reviewed specifically so it can be asked without landing badly, and so the other person can decline it easily. You don't have to get it right. You have to show up.

Then they say so, and you've still shown them you were willing to ask.

Leave it. The deck works just as well in five minutes as in an hour, and plenty of people report that the conversation happened days later, once the person had had time to think.

No.

These are conversation prompts developed with clinical input, not treatment, and they're not a substitute for professional help. If someone needs a therapist, a doctor or a crisis service, that's what they need - the cards sit alongside that.

Yes.

The deck is written to be appropriate from around age 5, and parents are one of the largest groups using it - often with a child who's gone quiet after a loss, a separation or a difficult period at school.

It isn't tied to one.

Illness, grief, separation, job loss, anxiety, a hard stretch with no particular name. The five categories let you choose where to go and, just as importantly, where not to.

Support is for being with someone through a hard time.

The questions are for one person to ask another. Resilience is about building emotional strength and coping skills over time, and is more often used as a personal or family practice. Many people have both; they do different jobs.

Then you pay nothing.

Every order comes with a 30-day money back guarantee. If you genuinely give it a try and don't feel closer, contact us and we'll refund every penny. No hoops, no awkward questions, no hassle.

We're confident enough in what these cards do to make that promise without hesitation. But we'd rather you try them knowing the risk is entirely ours.
