Our team embodies our value of diversity. We're a multicultural group from all walks of life, spread across Australia, The United States, Canada and the Philippines. We believe this rich tapestry of backgrounds makes our products even better!
Despite the time differences, we manage to meet weekly for a "power hour" where we connect about our customers, brainstorm new ideas, and celebrate how Talking Point Cards is impacting lives around the world. We're users of our own products—constantly coming up with ways to improve our cards, reach new audiences, and explore new possibilities.

I've been very happily married for 13 years and am a father of 3 tireless boys. I started Talking Point Cards to help families connect better after seeing the drift apart due to technology. Each day this passion gets renewed from reading the stories of our customers - it's great!
I once had to wrestle a kangaroo to stop it stealing my sons lunch.
My favorite question: "If you could add a pocket to any part of your body, where would it be, and what would you use it for?"

I am a Happy Mom of two Sons who loves being active in nature. I joined Talking Point Cards after spending many years working in Finance. Starting in the Oil and Gas industry, then moving into Mental Health.
While in Hawaii, I got to swim with a Wholphin (half Orca Whale, half Dolphin) at Sea Life Oahu, and I have a photo as proof! Was the greatest experience!
"If you could go back and meet your younger self, what would you do and what would you say"?

I am a visual communicator, with a background in art and creative direction for product marketing and advertising, particularly for global brands. I started out my professional journey at Stellenbosch University in South Africa. Since then I’ve been lucky enough to travel, as well as live and work around the globe (on five different continents), experiencing and learning closely about different cultures, people and food. At Talking Point Cards, we are all about communication and building strong, healthy relationships. Here I am able to apply all aspects of my professional experience and learnings daily, working within a strong supportive team. I am also a mom of a teen, and my free time these days is mostly spent cheering at sport fields.
I am an avid Formula1 fan, and on my bucket list is a visit to Autodromo Nazionale di Monza F1 circuit in Italy.
“Who (or what) do you think defines who you are?”

I have been in eCommerce for 12 years and a parent for even longer. Working with a company that is commited to improving relationships around the world is the pinnacle of my career and allows me to make a real difference where it counts - at home.
Fun fact about me: I am a certified Technical Scuba Diver with well over 1000 dives logged - my deepest being 75 metres.
What kind of legacy do we intend to leave behind for our children?

I grew up in a family-oriented environment, which shaped me to become a very dedicated family person who loves caring for my loved ones. I’m also a fur mom to 8 cats and 2 dogs (plus 6 of the neighbors’ dogs!). I started my career in e-commerce during the pandemic and have always hoped to work with a team that’s considerate, kind, and hard-working. I’m thrilled to have found this team, as Talking Point Cards’ values resonate with my own, particularly regarding the importance of maintaining strong relationships with family.
I love scuba diving to clear my mind! It’s always fascinating to explore the underwater world, but I do still get (a bit) scared when I see an unrecognizable sea creature heading towards me (or if a seaweed suddenly touches me!). I started diving out of curiosity and eventually grew to love it, making it a hobby whenever I get the chance. So I’m planning to start getting my certifications next year (2025)!
“What smell or sound immediately takes you back to childhood?” (Generations)

I am originally from California and I love the outdoors. As someone who grew up when smartphones and other screens were already ever-present in homes and schools, I am especially passionate about helping families and kids find ways to lower their screen time and connect with each other more in the real world.
I am an avid fisherman and bring my poles on the subway here in New York City so that I can fish in Central Park!
What’s something you’re proud of yourself for trying? (Resilience Pack)

I have been married for 18 years and am a mother to 3 children: 1 girl and 2 boys, with an age gap of 5 and 13 years. I have handled various accounts such as customer service (voice, email, and chat), tech support, travel specialist, AI support, and quality analyst. I also managed my own team of 23 agents as team support. I did all this within 9 years.
Fun fact about me: During the COVID-19 pandemic, a lockdown was declared, and on the day that transportation was suspended, I was at the office. To get home to my family, I walked from the office to my house, which was 13 km. Since then, I told myself I would never do that again.
What's that one hilarious thing you did as a kid that your family still can't stop talking about.

I am a mother of 2 adventurous children; 1 boy and 1 girl. I worked in Customer Service in a bank for 8 years until a job for a full-time position at a women's shelter opened up. My heart was drawing me to that position. I am a very compassionate person that thrives on helping people. After having my children this amazing opportunity was put before me to work for Talking Point Cards. I pinch myself sometimes wondering how I got so lucky to be able to join this team.
Fun fact about me is I have to be outside daily, I enjoy walking or bike riding everyday to keep a clear head .

"Where do you feel safest?"
