As our Marketing Manager, you will work closely with and report to the director. Your experience and creative thinking in eCommerce marketing will be pivotal in managing three key business functions:
1) Marketing Strategy:
You will oversee maximizing the marketing and commercial potential of our products:
Develop and optimize full-funnel strategies for all products.
Identify and implement growth opportunities.
Optimize all sales channels and cross-channel marketing funnels.
Collaborate with agencies and partners to maximize our advertising ROI.
Work with our website team to enhance on-page performance based on data-backed insights.
Plan and collaboratively execute cross-channel product launches and sales events.
Explore and implement additional traffic opportunities.
2) Market Alignment:
You will ensure our products remain market-leading while identifying strategic opportunities for growth:
Implement and analyze customer feedback to identify strategic opportunities.
Use data to develop ongoing split tests for sales platforms.
Use market research to review copy and creatives.
Oversee a continual product review process.
3) Marketing Process Management:
You will be responsible for managing marketing projects by maintaining a clearly organized project progress tracker, coordinating team efforts, ensuring timely updates, and resolving challenges for smooth project execution.
Owning the process management flow, maintaining a clear, organized view of all active projects.
Coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure adequate notice for all items and timely project delivery.
Give regular updates to the team and relevant external agencies on key deliverables.
Proactively communicate project statuses, anticipate bottlenecks, and resolve issues.
At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in an E-commerce specialist role – experience in supporting strategic growth through full-funnel customer acquisition is highly regarded
A proactive, strategic thinker with a growth mindset, and a genuine passion and ambition to help scale a business.
A deep understanding of what an ‘offer’ and ‘avatar’ is in an eCommerce context, as well as experience in identifying and marketing to different avatars and angles.
Exceptional analytical skills with an ability to draw insights from data, communicate findings succinctly, and confidently make swift data-backed commercial decisions is critical.
Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Sheets and Slack is required. Proficiency with Amazon (Seller Central), Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Triple Whale, CVRO processes and/or graphic design is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to set priorities, manage and deliver multiple projects concurrently.
Honesty, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
This position is fully remote. You can work from anywhere with flexible hours.
