As a leader of a remote team, it's often hard to strike common ground and build team cohesion. These cards are superb - they are clear, open ended questions split into eight different categories. I now start a weekly meeting with one of these questions and it's helped to build team rapport, and helped the team learn more about eachother.The box is very nicely presented and each category colour coded. 200 cards with a unique open ended question to get even the quietest teams talking.The cards are well made with good quality material.Dont hesitate to buy this. Each card has a thought-provoking question that can lead to a discussion among team members and help to foster a solid team and teamwork. The cards are printed on sturdy cardstock. So, with reasonable care, I anticipate they will last a long time.

This is a review of the Talking Points for Teams card game.It’s pricey, but I’m glad I picked this up. I know things like this often seem cheesy, but I love that it will get ppl talking, and about more than their lastest show, home reno, or dog. You can use at meetings, or if you have a group that has a shared chat, do a weekly post, say on Fridays, just to get ppl chatting. My fav sections are self identity and meaning, and culture. I think Looking to the future is a good one as well, as so many ppl can become stuck in the past or present, and forget to plan for the future.I say it’s worth it. You’ll never run out of questions.

Perfect tool for starting meetings with positive energy.

The cards are not plastic, but the quality is very high. The box is very sturdy.I was under the impression that these would be icebreaker-type cards, but no, these are question cards for a very serious conversation for the team whose members know each other. Or for interviews for management positions. The questions are very business-oriented and straight to the point. The level of seriousness is very high, so I do not know why they have chosen the gamification format for this.Pros:- sturdy design- good quality cards- questions are greatCons:- no consAll in all, I highly recommend this for junior managers to educate themselves on what questions may be asked in interviews and what could go wrong in their day-to-day activities. Also, medium- and high-level managers can make some meetings look spontaneous to discuss topics they want.

Great easy way to start “talking points” by color categories. The questions are very helpful and thought provoking. This game is really a cool conversation starter setup. You could just do one in a weekly zoom meeting or a while bunch back to back. They are categorized so you can only use a certain category etc.

I've been in leadership roles for over 25 years and these conversation starters are excellent. I've used many variations of these over the years and there are many here that I will use in the future.If you are a new, bad or even a seasoned leader, you should definitely pick this deck up. They can be used 1:1 or in a group setting.There are different categories of questions, all color coded so you can pick them out of the deck based on what you want to focus on.
